RETAIL DISCOUNT SCHEDULE
This discount schedule applies to dealers who purchase single or assorted titles primarily for the purpose of reselling to consumers other than schools, libraries, or governmental agencies.

ASSORTED BOOKS:

	1 copy	20% off retail price
	2-9 copies	40% off retail price
	10+ copies	43% off retail price

ASSORTED POCKET GUIDES:

50% off retail price of any quantity.

ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES:

+2% Non-Returnable, +1% for all prepaid orders.

Free Shipping/Delivery on orders of 10 copies or more to Hawaii addresses.*

Educational titles purchased with a retail book order receive the discount applicable to the book under the educational discount policy. The current educational discount is 25%.

PAYMENT TERMS

Shipping is F.O.B. Honolulu. All orders received from retailers in the United States, Guam or Saipan are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made. International orders are shipped via USPS. Actual freight/postage charges will be added to all orders except those which qualify for free shipping. *Free shipping applies to orders of 10 copies or more shipped to Hawaii addresses. All other qualifying orders within the United States will receive 10% off actual shipping cost with an order of $100 or more.

RETURNS
All titles are eligible for return up to six months from the invoice date. Not eligible for return are books (a) which are out-of-print, (b) which have been stickered, shrink-wrapped, or altered in any way by parties other than Bess Press, (c) which have been used or damaged (customers have 7 days to return books that arrive damaged), (d) which have not been purchased directly from Bess Press, and (e) which have been purchased on a non-returnable basis. All eligible returns received will be credited at the same price and discount at which the books were most recently purchased. A packing slip stating quantities, titles, invoice number, and ISBN’s must accompany all returns. Prior permission to return product is required. Transportation charges on returns must be prepaid by the customer.

CLAIMS
Claims for product for which an account has been billed but which have not been received by the account must be made within 30 days after the receipt of invoice. Claims made after 30 days from the receipt of the original invoice will not be honored. All credit memos will be initiated by Bess Press after receiving the returned books. Order discrepancies must be reported to Bess Press within 7 days of receiving the order.
