Concealed Wire-O, 6" x 9"
This new collection from the author of Pupus: An Island Tradition expands into new categories but offers the same delicious local flavors in dishes as appropriate for island entertaining as they are for family meals.
The recipes for main dishes, salads, sushi and rice, Hawaiian dishes, desserts, and dishes made with tofu and meat alternatives offer cooks a wide selection, chosen with health as well as flavor in mind.
"Pupus... Plus by Sachi Fukuda is pretty much what the title promises, so long as we understand the accent is on the plus. There's a can-do simplicity to the recipes and prep instructions. I especially fell in love with the curried mahi mahi with the quick prep and 45-minute baking time that left me free to make the rest of dinner."
